Screenplay Showcases of 2025 San Diego International Kids Film Festival  

In honor of the finalist of the Screenplay contest, SDIKFF use the real director who cast the actors to perform the best parts of the screenplays. This showcase brings the story from the paper to a real life.

Jennifer Guttiere, Director
Jennifer Guttiere has been directing for over ten years. She is currently the Youth Director for Patio Playhouse. She has been performing since the age of six and has traveled the country performing everything from Shakespeare to "Hairspray." She starred on NBC's Daytime Emmy Award winning, "Starting Over." I hope you enjoy tonight's performance.

Deb Zimmer, Director
Deb Zimmer has a B.A. in English and an M.F.A. in Theater Production. She has been producing, directing, acting and designing lights for local community theaters since she moved to San Diego in 1987. She is thrilled to return to the 2024 San Diego International Kids' film festival.
