China has a huge boost to the production and success of domestic films. China's film revenues have grown by 25% a year for the past 10 years. Chinese Film Projects are looking for Western filmmakers participate in their movies. A window of opportunity has opened for the Western directors, screenwriters, Scrip doctors, cinema photographers, musical composters, Animators, actors, etc. Come to meet the delegations of Chinese investors, producers, directors, and find out the pitfalls, common misunderstandings, and industry myths for working with the Chinese films. The panelists will attempt to address these issues during the discussion.

Mike Shields II, actor, producer, screenwriter
Mike is the owner and founder of Team 33 Productions, however, he started in this business as an actor first. He has completed several short films that have screened at The 168 Film Festival. In 2011 Blue Blazes also screened at 2011's Comic Con International Independent Film Festival, the first 168 film to do so.
In 2013 he played the lead in Invisible Sacrifice , a short based on Romans 12:1, which also showed at the initial Alpha/Omega Con, where he taught a seminar on how to make a short film. In 2014, he won Best Screenplay at The Universe Multicultural Film Festival with Diamond is a Girl's Best Friend, a period comedy set in 1939. Mr. Shields II as leader of the firm is an industry insider, attending all major trade shows and events keeping in touch with the bridge between entertainment, creation and monetization. His biggest asset is his ability to pick things up quickly, and to adapt to any working environment. |

Mr. Zheng is a film director on the raising. He received master degree from China Art Research Institute at 2002, now works at China Radio TV Association as director. He has been direct over 20 films and many of them won awards in China, Japan, and USA. His film “ Old Road” won best Jury award at the 5th Silicon valley film festival, and best director from 2015 San Diego International Kids’ Film Festival. Eiko is a multi-talented artist who has a background of over decades music training, played several roles such as singer, composer, audio editor, sound designer and so on. After receiving her M.F.A degree from Academy of Art, Eiko started her career in the United States. With a professional attitude, Eiko has collaborated with different directors and could create preferred music styles efficiently, her music was selected by several award winning short/feature films. At the same time, her talent also was discovered out of the film industry, and her music was used in commercials and documentaries for clients such as CarVi, Stradvision, Tytus3D, and SIEMENS. |
