  Fred Ashman, Producer, Writer, Director,
Fred is a film maker with over 120 awards,  Audio Engineer, Musician, Pilot, Author. Turning professional as a musician at age 16, (trumpet),  directing a live broadcast TV special  on channel NBC 10 at age 18, Fred led Bands at Disneyland and led his rock band in appearances at Disneyland and many others including opening for Stevie Wonder in concert, during college at SDSU. As a young producer-director, represented by a Willian Morris Hollywood agent, in his early 20ies he turned away from Hollywood and began an independent career, building a multi million dollar production company (based in San Diego) before he was 30.  Fred has produced, directed and written award winning documentaries, Imax films, Network TV pilots, and hundreds of videos and huge events from Miami to Alaska, New York  to Hawaii, Australia, Italia, Brazil, France, England, Finland, Spain Hong Kong, Singapore and many other locations.   Semi retired in 2014, in 2015 he directed 10 episodes of a broadcast TV show, and currently in under contract to produce a direct a documentary and develop a new network series.  He just released his book, Advocate for the Audience, a guide for independent Producers, Writers & Directors.
ANTONIO F. VIANNA, screenwriter
Antonio is a prime example of someone who has re-careered himself. In fact, you might say he wrote the book on it with “Career Management and Employee Portfolio Tool Kit, 3rd edition.” He holds a M.M. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.S. from Union College. He has been able to re-brand himself from a former U.S. Air Force officer and Human Resources executive to an author and educator. His 20 novels, 2 prescriptive non-fiction works, and 9 screenplays since 2003, along with three popular workshops, “Re-Careering at Any Age,” "How to Write a Book and Get Published," and "How to Write a Screenplay" enjoy much success. Vianna has often been a guest on television and radio discussing strategies for re-careering at any age. He is affiliated with Publishers and Writers of San Diego, Read Local San Diego, Military Writers Society of America, National Veterans Transition Services Inc, International Doctoral Empowerment Academy, Society of Human Resources Management, and Society for the Advancement of Management.
  Siyu Guang, Writer
Siyu Guang is a professional writer with a talent for using very simple emotional expressions of narrative, and uses her sensitive views to express true stories in her works such as dramas, stage plays, and movies. Guang’s movie scripts “Silk Tree” and “Oh my family” have been finalists in the Hong Kong independent film fund selection.  
Jesse Saunders, Writer, Director
After serving as an Electronics Technician for 8 years, Jesse left the Navy to pursue a career in filmmaking. Working as a writer and director, his projects have won 9 Best Picture and Screenplay awards from film festivals across the country. Focusing primarily on the Sci-Fi and Horror genres, he has optioned screenplays and has projects in development at multiple production companies. Jesse is a published author, writing for the best-selling graphic novel and comic book series; ZERT – Zombie Eradication Response Team. He holds a Master of Fine Arts Degree (MFA) in Digital Film Production from National University, a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, and a Master Screenwriting Certificate from ScreenwritingU. Jesse currently works as the Director of Media Production at the Naval Special Warfare Center, which affords him the opportunity to write, direct, shoot, and edit cutting-edge military promos and training films, keeping him abreast of new technologies while ensuring his filmmaking skills stay razor sharp.
