Taylor Hey, Actress, Host
Born in San Diego, CA, Taylor Hay began acting at the age of four when she was cast in the first commercial she ever auditioned for. She was introduced to the industry by her mother, but was the driving force to making this profession her life's work. She worked steadily until she was diagnosed with cancer at the age of nine. With that news, everything came to a halt. Once she regained her health, Taylor plunged back into her career, excited to be working again. In a short time, Taylor booked her first voiceover role, Yes, Virginia, in addition to several television projects and several feature films.Because of her illness, Taylor is an avid advocate of many non-profits including the Make A Wish Foundation, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, A Place Called Home, and Alex's Lemonade Stand. She's vowed to help give back whenever she can to ensure these organizations can continue to help children stricken with cancer. Taylor is also the founder and host for Star for a Night, an event to celebrate the lives of youth facing life-threatening illnesses. The bi-annual event is a charity fundraiser, supporting a variety of charities dedicated to helping children in need. |

Ballet Folklorico El Tapatio is a dance ensemble that was created in 2000 and formally established in 2008. Ballet Folklorico De San Dieguito was established in 2014 and is a non-profit program of Encinitas Friends of the Arts through the City of Encinitas Arts Division. The mission of Ballet Folklorico El Tapatio and De San Dieguito is to promote the traditional dances and culture of Mexico with passion and love. The group's goal is to create a joyful and colorful experience during our performances to the delight of our audience! |

Georgia's School of Dance has been teaching children and adults to dance for over 60 years, it has been providing excellent dance technique and opportunities to all dancers in North San Diego County. Our professionally trained dance teachers offer students complete dance education classes, including competitive dance training, in a friendly and encouraging atmosphere benefiting all dancers’ growth and enjoyment. We also take pride in giving back to the community by participating in numerous local community and charity events throughout the year.
Some of our dancers are also the members of San Diego United Leo Club who know the importance of giving back to the community and have done many volunteer events and fundraisers in order to unite the performing team, demonstrate the power of the arts and utilize the dance skills to serve the community. |
