Panel: "Screenplay for worldwide audiences"

The Panel Speakers:

Rob Tobin, Screenwriter, Novelist
Rob is a produced, award-winning screenwriter, published novelist, former motion picture development executive, and author of two well-known screenwriting books (“The Screenwriting Formula” and “How to Write High Structure, High Concept Movies.”). His feature script “Freedom Café” is under production now; his co-wrote “Broken” made the semi-finals at PGA Make Your Mark film competition, judged by such luminaries as Michael Douglas, Kathy Bates and Danny Devito. Rob co-wrote the $25 million budget “Vengeance” on assignment for producer Chris Xavier of Origen Productions; Rob wrote the drama “The Camel Wars” on assignment, which John McTiernan (“Die Hard,” “Predator” “Hunt for Red October”) attached himself to direct. Rob was a contributing writer on the English language Indian thriller “Dam 999,” which was released by Warner Brothers in 2011 and shortlisted for a 2012 Best Picture Oscar.
Shamil Erfanian, Producer
Shamil Erfanian was the development producer of Opus Pictures, at the Universal City, NBC Universal tower. He is responsible for the development, rewrites, production and post production of motion pictures. His extensive background in script development and analysis at Opus Pictures, has been a vital asset in the rewrite and development of up and coming writers. His unique approach to script development has been a key to "fixing" character and story issues and weaknesses.
In addition to his duties at Opus Pictures, he continuously provides script development and analysis for various production companies, including Bandito Bros., Super Nova Films and Black Label Entertainment amongst others, featuring scripts ranging from $500k to $1M.
  ANTONIO F. VIANNA
Antonio is a prime example of someone who has re-careered himself. In fact, you might say he wrote the book on it with “Career Management and Employee Portfolio Tool Kit, 3rd edition.” He holds a M.M. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.S. from Union College. He has been able to re-brand himself from a former U.S. Air Force officer and Human Resources executive to an author and educator. His 20 novels, 2 prescriptive non-fiction works, and 9 screenplays since 2003, along with three popular workshops, “Re-Careering at Any Age,” "How to Write a Book and Get Published," and "How to Write a Screenplay" enjoy much success. Vianna has often been a guest on television and radio discussing strategies for re-careering at any age. He is affiliated with Publishers and Writers of San Diego, Read Local San Diego, Military Writers Society of America, National Veterans Transition Services Inc, International Doctoral Empowerment Academy, Society of Human Resources Management, and Society for the Advancement of Management.  
  HONG-YU Li, Screenwriter 
Mr. Li worked as a teacher, reporter, editor, advertising strategy planner, business strategy planner. At the moment he is a writing tutor auditorium and engaged in literary creation. Major Works: Novel; "Sky With Plague", "A Wonderful War", "Better Preparation". Screenplay; "Sunk" "Secret In The Spring","A Cheerful Heart","Zhi-Zhong, Zhang", Sharing", "The King: Yu-Cheng, Chen","A Wonderful War" Drama; "Get Out Of Beijing" Film Theory; "Why Good Movie Is Attractive" History Review; "Breeze In The Western Wind And Think Of It's Source When Drinking Water".
  Mr.Rulas McGregror ( Mexico)
Mr. McGregror Study at the National Autonomus University of Mexico , dramatic literature and theater, cinema at the Universidad Lbero Americana; written scripts for television programs for children in Spain and Mexico; six screenplays especially one for children , currently work in seventh screenplay for film wich will be available in web, TV also worked in film in several projects such as the award-winning film “Babel” of director Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu---oscar winner (director and screenwriter); in the last film work on this year in June to work with several children projects. 
Ms.Aihong Dong, Screenwriter
Ms. Dong is a well know Novelist in China. She was born at Shangdong Province, Graduated from Lu Xun Literature Institute, member of Shang Dong Province Writer Association, Member of
China Prose Association. Her famous long form novels titled “The Woman Robber” “Lick Bitter”, also many short form novels and proses were published in many major news papers and
magazines.
  Ms.Vicki Bartholomew 
writes family plays for actors of all ages. Her personal favorite is Aunt Alice's Summer, which received the Jackie White Memorial National Children's Play Writing Award early in her playwriting career. She received the Jackie White Award a second time (2004) for her book and lyrics for Five Frogs and a Prince (music by Linnea Brooks). Someone to Love, a romantic comedy featuring older actors, won the San Diego New Works Theatre Playwriting Contest and the 2004 Jewel Box Theatre Playwriting Contest, and the 2008 Moondance Film Festival Stage Play Award.
Her live action/animation screenplay Blinda won Best Screenplay for ages 5-8 at 2010 KIDS FIRST Film Festival. The Hickory Horse was Reserve Best Screenplay at 2010 Female Eye Film Festival and third place at 2009 KIDS FIRST Film Festival. Three Fathers, set in Yinchuan, China, won the Spirit of Moondance Best Feature Screenplay for Kids at the 2010 Moondance Film Festival. Her juvenile novel set in Thailand, Dragonflies and Elephants, published by Lighthouse Christian Publishing (2010), was Aloha Accolade Award Winner at 2011 Honolulu Film Awards. Her newest screenplay is set in Nashville, Tennessee.
Mr.Ping Wang, Screenwriter
Mr. Wang was born in Yunnan China, he is the Vice President and senior screenwriter of Kunming Entertainment Television Investment Co., Ltd; The CEO of Kunming Century Investment Corporation, Ltd. He was the executive producer for the TV shows; "Eastern Long River", "I'm your eyes." The feature films; "Wanting Bridge", "The Old Man, Young Kids And Foreigners". Finally, Wang Ping was co-publisher of a novel called "Blood with Sun Goes Down" with the famous writer Mr. Zi-Yun, Sun.
